The wooden tones of the interior of the restaurant, bar and lounge exude simple elegance. Restaurant 8048 is known for its tarte flambée - a specialty of the Alsace region of France - as well as "8048" Classics" such as homemade burgers, club sandwiches, and fish & chips. The menu is rounded off with some modern interpretations of good traditional dishes, perpared by our kitchen staff under the direction of Head Chef Madeleine Nolde.
